Basic information about Central Register of Regulated Information

The Central Register of Regulated Information is a database of regulated information that issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market are required to submit to the National Bank of Slovakia pursuant to the Stock Exchange Act No. 429/2002 Coll. as amended and Act No. 566/2001 Coll. on Securities and Investment Services and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended. In addition to mandatory information, this database also enables the issuers of securities to disclose other information related to their activities (such as e.g. information on proceedings and results of the General Meeting, changes in the share capital, etc. - more in the section “Overview of Regulated and Other Optional Information”).

The Central Register of Regulated Information provides free and easy access to information about issuers of securities (such as annual financial reports, half-yearly financial reports, information on general meeting, etc.), simple search, print and download of information. The database contains historical data starting from June 2007.

The obligation to establish a Central Register of Regulated Information resulted from the implementation of the provisions of the Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (so called Transparency Directive) into the Stock Exchange Act No. 429/2002 Coll. as amended. According to the above mentioned directive the institute of a Central Register of Regulated Information was introduced in an amendment to the Stock Exchange Act No. 429/2002 Coll. as amended in Article 48.
